Welcome to AquascapeHUB! We love aquariums and want to serve hobbyists across the EU with great products and support. These Terms & Conditions explain how our site, products, and services work. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following.

Who We Are

AquascapeHUB, S.A. (hereafter “AquascapeHUB”), with registered office at Wisebee Unipessoal Lda, Rua General Silva Freire 131, Lisbon, Lisbon 1800-210, Portugal, is an online store selling aquarium equipment, supplies, and accessories to customers in the EU.

Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree to:

• Use it only for personal and lawful purposes
• Not misuse the site by trying to hack, spam or damage it
• Be at least 18 years old or use it with a guardian’s supervision

We try our best to provide accurate information about our products including photos, descriptions, prices and availability. However:

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or typos at any time

If we find an error after you’ve placed an order we’ll contact you before shipping. All prices are shown in Euros (€) or local currency and include VAT at the applicable rate.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order you:

• Agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method
• Will receive a confirmation email once we’ve accepted the order

We accept secure payments through major cards and trusted payment gateways.

We may cancel an order if:

• Items are out of stock
• We can’t verify your payment or shipping details
• There’s a pricing error

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are entering into a contract with AquascapeHUB and that you are obliged to pay for the goods ordered.

Returns & Refunds

We offer 30-day easy returns on eligible items.
Items must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• Returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for full return instructions. 
• You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us by email or another durable medium. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
• If the product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation of the contract, as per Portuguese law.

Product Warranty

Some products may have a manufacturer’s warranty. Check the product page or contact us to confirm.
If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us straight away — we’ll fix it.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site — images, logos, product names and text — is owned by AquascapeHUB or our content providers.
You may not copy, share or use our content without written permission.

User Accounts

If you create an account you:

• Must keep your login details private
• Are responsible for all activity under your account

If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us.

Promotions & Discounts

From time to time, we offer promo codes, sales or special offers.

• These can’t be combined unless noted
• They have expiration dates
• We may revoke or limit offers at any time

Limitation of Liability

We always aim to offer quality products and great service. However:

• We’re not liable for indirect losses, including loss of enjoyment, income, or aquarium damage caused by product misuse
• Always follow product instructions and consult a professional for custom aquarium setups

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under Portuguese or EU law, nor exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

We do not use any absolutely prohibited clauses as defined by Portuguese law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here. You should check this page regularly for updates.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, you may use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities listed at www.consumidor.pt, as required by Law 144/2015.

You may also submit complaints via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
